Contract Type: Long-term with rotations (6–8 weeks on / 2–3 weeks off)
Working Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Salary: €16.50 net/hour

We are looking for two skilled steel fitters to join a shipyard project in Groningen, The Netherlands, starting as soon as possible. This is a long-term opportunity under a Lithuanian contract, with a rotational schedule of 6–8 weeks on and 2–3 weeks off.

Applicants must have proven experience in steel construction fitting and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. English language skills are mandatory, as is the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Candidates must hold a valid VCA certificate and BSN number for legal employment in the Netherlands. A driving license is also required. This position is open to EU citizens only.

Accommodation is provided (1–2 persons per room depending on availability), and all travel expenses, workwear, and tools are covered by the client.
