We are currently looking for a site supervisor to oversee a team of welders and pipe fitters working on our customer’s shipbuilding project at the Wismar shipyard in Germany. This leadership role involves organizing daily tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the overall progress of the team’s work.

The ideal candidate will have a background in supervising shipyard or industrial projects, strong planning abilities, and good communication skills. You must be comfortable managing a diverse team and resolving day-to-day operational issues efficiently.

The project is scheduled to last between 5 to 8 months, with an immediate start. Standard rotation is 6 to 8 weeks on-site, followed by 2 to 3 weeks off, though we are open to other options. Working hours are 58 to 60 per week.

Accommodation is provided nearby (within 10 km), with shared rooms (2 persons). The supervisor must have their own transport; fuel and travel expenses will be discussed. Tools and workwear are provided.
