We are looking for an experienced Tank Cleaning Foreman / Site Supervisor to lead our marine and industrial cleaning teams across vessels, terminals and industrial facilities in Malta.

You will be fully responsible for the safe and efficient execution of every project: supervising crews, planning and coordinating all operations, conducting risk assessments and safety briefings, managing confined space entry procedures (gas testing, permitting, rescue standby), ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations, acting as the main client contact on site, completing all required permits and paperwork, and training team members.Required experience and qualifications

• 3–5 years in marine or industrial tank cleaning
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory/foreman position
• Valid Confined Space Entry Supervisor certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Current HAZWOPER 40-hour certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work under pressure
• Valid driving licence, flexible for travel and shift work
• Physically fit to work in confined spaces, at heights and in full PPE.
