We are looking for experienced spray painters for major shipbuilding projects in Turku, Rauma, and Uusikaupunki. These positions are full-time and start as soon as possible.

Your main tasks involve high-pressure spray painting of ship structures and components, as well as surface preparation including sanding, masking, and priming. The work requires handling demanding marine coating systems in a shipyard environment where working at heights or in confined spaces is common. We expect candidates to have proven experience in industrial or marine painting and the physical stamina required for shipyard work. Basic English is necessary for safety communication on-site.

Salary and benefits

• The starting salary is 14 €/h with the possibility of overtime and long working hours.

• We provide relocation support and assistance with local arrangements if needed.

• Proven professional experience in spray painting

• Valid EU work permit

• Good physical condition and readiness for shipyard work

• Basic English skills for safety and communication
