Scaffolders for Projects Across Finland

We are looking for experienced scaffolders for our partner companies’ projects across Finland.

We are primarily looking for ready-made teams of at least two people, but experienced individual professionals are also welcome to apply.

The assignments may consist of short-term projects, longer fixed-term employment, or permanent positions. For skilled and reliable workers, employment may be available until the end of the year or longer, subject to separate agreement.

Skills and experience we are looking for

We are looking for applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• installation and dismantling of industrial and construction scaffolding

• scaffold modification work

• installation and dismantling of weather protection systems

• handling and moving scaffolding materials

• working in industrial, construction, or shipyard environments

Experience with different scaffolding systems, such as Layher, HAKI, or similar systems, is considered an advantage.

Requirements

• previous experience in scaffolding work

• ability to work independently and as part of a team

• good physical condition and readiness to work at heights

• a careful and safety-conscious approach to work

• reliability and commitment to agreed assignments

• a valid Occupational Safety Card

• willingness to work in different locations depending on the project

Depending on the assignment, a valid Hot Work Card, mobile elevating work platform training, or other site-specific qualifications may also be required.
