We are currently hiring experienced Industrial Welders for a small steel construction factory located in Ikaalinen, Finland. The work is carried out on behalf of our customer and demands high-level expertise and independence.

Applicants must be proficient in MIG/MAG welding using processes 135, 136, and 138 and capable of handling steel of different thicknesses. Valid welding certificates are required and must be presented before employment. Candidates must also be prepared to complete an on-site welding test and attend an interview with the customer’s manager. Good communication skills in either English or Finnish are mandatory.

In addition to welding duties, the ability to assist fitters when necessary is expected. This role is intended for true professionals with industrial experience who can deliver quality under minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with 40 to 50 working hours per week. Accommodation, tools, and work clothing are provided, but candidates must arrange their own transportation.
