Our partner has experience of almost 40 years in marine industry. We are now looking for our collaboration partner a highly motivated, responsible and experienced additional Financial Controller to join their finance team, reporting to the CFO. Malta will be the primary base for the position, and regular travel to Greece and Cyprus (occasional travel) is also included.

Key responsibilities:

• Own month-end close, management reporting, and variance analysis.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.

• Drive cashflow visibility and working capital improvements.

• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate audits/compliance.

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve margin and decision-making.

• Support cross-border finance coordination across Greece, Cyprus and Libya.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.

• Strong controlling background (multi-entity and/or inventory/service/project environments preferred).

• Confident stakeholder management and a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and a continuous improvement approach.

• Experience in handling implementation of new accounting system considered an asset.

• Fluent English; Greek is a plus.
